Sarah Rosen is a writer, filmmaker, and cultural producer based in New York City.
Her documentary How to Make Challah premiered at the New York Jewish Film Festival at Lincoln Center, and screened at Rooftop Films and festivals worldwide. Her screenwriting has been recognized by Yaddo and the New York Foundation for the Arts. She has developed original TV concepts with producers Avi Issacharoff and Lior Raz and yes Studios, and developed TV series and narrative and documentary films as both a writer and a producer.
Her writing and journalism has appeared in The New York Times, Harper's, The Times of Israel, The Forward, and other outlets.
She holds a BA in Film from Yale and is completing an MFA in Creative Writing at NYU.
She is the founder of KAV, and works selectively with authors, filmmakers, and cultural organizations.
