Alex S.K. Brown
Sarah Rosen is a writer, filmmaker, and cultural producer based in New York City.
Her documentary How to Make Challah premiered at the New York Jewish Film Festival at Lincoln Center, screened at Rooftop Films, and won awards from Warsaw to Moscow. Her screenwriting has been recognized by Yaddo and the New York Foundation for the Arts. She has developed original TV concepts with Fauda creators Avi Issacharoff and Lior Raz and yes Studios — and she's currently Executive Producer Standing Together: the Documentary, a feature film in production.
A former journalist, her writing has appeared in The New York Times, Harper's, The Times of Israel, and The Forward.
She holds a BA in Film from Yale and is completing an MFA in Creative Writing at NYU.
She also works selectively with authors, filmmakers, and cultural organizations — helping serious work reach the audiences it deserves.
